We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
All orders take 1-2 days to handle and 3-5 shipping, once your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with the tracking number.
EXPRESS SHIPPING Orders enquire within.
All orders are sent via Express Post and do require Signature On Delivery. (We cannot be responsible for delivery for orders that have requested Safe Drop).
During Promotion and Sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes. You will be advised of any expected delays during the checkout process.
Once your parcel has been scanned by the freight carrier you will receive an email with your tracking number
Dispatch of orders may be delayed where address or payment information requires correction or verification

Returns & Exchanges
Return Costs
Refunds are the original price minus the original cost of shipping(even if we sell the item as “ Free shipping” the original postage cost that we pay to send it to you will not be refunded, the cost we take out when we refund for postage is as follows ( this is not added to your bill when you buy if the item is “Free Shipping” ). We do not reimburse you for your postage cost back to us. Please use a “Tracked” service as we can only refund items which are returned to us.
10 Days to Returns
If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 10 days returns period, send it back to us following the instructions of the return. please email us to initiate a return first. Once we receive your return request, we will send you an email back with return authorisation number. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed.
How to Initiate a Return:

We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and the return shipping address.
Ship the item back to us.
⚠ IMPORTANT: Returns without a return authorisation number will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return in perfect condition, we will process your refund within three business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply place a new order and return the original item. We will refund the returned item once received, and process the new order separately.
Sale items: The same terms as the above apply however we will only exchange or give store credits for returns.
Our returns policy
The Items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no marking or any type of damage. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise refunds & exchanges cannot be enforced. All returns must be shipped within 10 days of being received. Please use tracking number on all returns/exchanges, we can only refund/ exchange for goods we receive that fit our terms.
Purchased Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds, can be exchanged or refunded via store credit only, if they meet our terms and conditions
No Refunds or Exchanges for Made-to-Order/ Pre-order Pieces
a. Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable. Deposits for preorders cannot be refunded. As a small business, we cannot afford to produce pieces by demand without commitment.
b. Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure the quality of unique pieces. If you receive a product with defects or an error on our part, please contact us immediately.
Production and Shipping Timeframes
a. Production Time: Made-to-order items typically take 4-5 weeks to produce and be shipped out. Please note that pieces in high demand may take a bit longer to produce.
b. Shipping Notification: Once your custom piece is ready, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
