ANG -E is my design journey made visible, a space where fashion becomes connection, memory, and mindful creation.
When you engage with my work, you are not just wearing clothing, you are embracing tradition, emotion, and responsible craftsmanship.
The Designer
Welcome to ANG-E, I'm Angela Loyola, the designer behind ANG-E, a personal expression of my journey through fashion, textiles, and culture. My work is deeply inspired by the rich textile heritage of South America, and reflects a strong connection to craftsmanship, storytelling, and sustainability.
After completing a Diploma in Fashion and Technology and a bachelor in fashion and textiles, I began working with Australian fashion houses, building experience and refining my practice. Over time, I realised that designing clothing was about more than creating beautiful garments, it was about evoking emotion, empowering individuals, and preserving meaningful cultural narratives through textiles. My practice has since evolved into an exploration of sensory design and cultural identity, with a strong focus on sustainability.
Today, ANG-E is the reflection of that vision. Each piece I design is a personal exploration of identity, heritage, and touch. Crafted with care, using slow processes, and rooted in my textile research. I focus on making garments that are timeless and thoughtful, for women who value quality, culture, and meaning in what they wear.
Each piece is crafted with care, combining traditional techniques with contemporary silhouettes. Committed to slow fashion, reducing waste, and honouring the origins of materials and methods I use. ANG-E is not just a label, it is a personal studio for design, research, and storytelling.
By wearing my work, you connect with a deeper narrative, one rooted in heritage, emotion, and conscious creation.
